Are you part of an existing organisation or a small group of neighbours who would like to do something to improve the area or help people to connect? If so, the Make It Happen, is for you.
The Make It Happen will provide grants of up to £500 to groups of residents or small organisations already working in the community to help you do the things you care about.
We have all had a rough time over the last 18 months and, while this fund won’t change the world, it might give you a chance to come together to do something that makes you feel proud of your neighbourhood and or the particular community that is important to you. We are open to any ideas as long as your project aims to make people in Islington happier, healthier and more connected.
We will ask you to complete a short form, and are happy to help you to do that. Please take a look at the Islington Giving website Home (islingtongiving.org.uk) for more information and how to apply. The closing date for applications is December 17th.
