Natalie Osborne

Alumni Manager

Natalie joined Cripplegate and Islington Giving as Alumni Manager, in September 2024. Her role is to help identify further participation opportunities for Alumni (someone who has previously participated on a resident panel, or any other project for Cripplegate or Islington Giving) either with Cripplegate/Islington Giving or one of our local partners.

Natalie’s background is in social care working with vulnerable adults, children and families. Natalie has various voluntary roles in the community, which include a Parent Governor, Co-chair of the PTA, Outreach Worker and Children’s Sunday School Worker.

As an Islington resident, Natalie has participated on the Islington Giving’s Family Panel and several Make it Happen Panels. Before she started as Alumni Manager, she was in the process of becoming a member of the Islington Giving Grants Committee. Natalie is deeply committed to community service and alumni engagement. She is excited to continue building lasting connections and supporting the growth of Islington Giving’s alumni community, to thrive through learning, shared experiences and meaningful engagement.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys travelling, going to the theatre, Zumba and many activities with her young daughter.
