Sam is a Funding Director at City Bridge Foundation and has worked in the voluntary sector for almost 20 years, with international charities, service delivery organisations, and funders. They are a member of the board at Islington Giving, and chaired a local Sussex user-led mental health community group for several years.
For the last 15+ years Sam has worked at in senior funding roles, and currently oversees collaboration and innovation work including the Propel and Anchor Programmes as well as strategy around racial and disability justice and LGBTQ+ issues. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Sam oversaw a pooled fund distributing £30m+ the London Community Response.
