By engaging subcontractors in their fundraising efforts, both Multiplex and RED construction channelled additional resources into the areas they are working, ensuring local people and projects can flourish. Multiplex hosted a Quiz Night raising over £10,000 and RED Construction organised a 5-aside football tournament, raising £4,500. In doing so, they also strengthened relationships between team members and boosted moral.
