To mark the International Day Of The Older Person and National Poetry Day in October 2020, All Change’s Well-Versed company of older people with associate artists Francesca Beard and Tony Nwachukwu created and recorded ‘Our Generation’ – a poem inspired by ‘Lost Generation’ by author Jonathan Reed. With special illustrations by group member – Ann Barefoot – the poem reads forwards and backwards – reversing its meaning and challenging expectations. About what it means to get older.
