Endurance Land and Multiplex were looking for a locally-embedded charity partner to work with over the course of the 99 City Road Development Project in Old Street.
While the project was not yet off the ground, Multiplex were keen to get started supporting the Islington community. In Autumn 2025, the team working on the final phase of the Regent Quarter project in King’s Cross decided to host a quiz with their subcontractors and organise a white-water rafting fundraiser. In total, they raided £12,500 to support local people and projects.
As the 99 City Road project develops, Multiplex and Endurance Land are planning fundraising events to support community-led initiatives and will be engaging with local residents and grassroot projects to ensure that funding meets local need. Working with businesses like Endurance Land and Multiplex who put social value at the core of what they do, means that we can make real progress catalysing locally-led change that builds belonging and makes a lasting difference for our community.
We have already seen the impact they can have in a short space of time and are looking forward to raising more funds and working together to benefit local people and community projects!
