By 18, Isaac was already working on high‑end TV and film productions for BBC, Apple TV+ and Netflix.
It wasn’t an easy route. School wasn’t an easy ride for him, and he was later diagnosed with ADHD. With no foot in the door with the industry he longed to work in, bringing his ideas to life felt like a constant struggle.
A residency with Fully Focused changed everything.
“It built my confidence and encouraged artistic exploration,” Isaac says. “Their network also connected me with like‑minded individuals and experienced mentors.”
Through live projects, Isaac gained real‑world skills and momentum. He’s now Co‑Director of his own company, NCProductions, and has lectured at Big Creative Education, Pinewood Studios and Film London.
“Coming from a working-class background with no industry connections, I know firsthand the barriers that exist. That’s why I’m passionate about bridging the gap for the next generation.”
Isaac’s impact has also been recognised with Arsenal’s No More Red Shirt award for his outstanding community contributions.
